In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to JayVaraha.

- Details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address and your requirements, when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us.
- Enquiry records: notes about the requirements you share with us so we can respond and follow up.
- Usage information: if analytics is enabled, standard technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location (city level).

- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes, demos and support.
- To deliver, configure and support services you purchase, including PayNserve.
- To send service-related updates you have asked for. We do not send unsolicited marketing bulk messages.

4. Calls, WhatsApp and email
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the details you share to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
